The colour is a delicate pink with subtle hints of onion skins. The aroma is elegant and intense, with floral notes, hints of red fruits and citrus. The taste is fresh and harmonious. The sensations on the nose are recalled in the mouth, especially the subtle fruity notes that emerge in a pleasurable finale with freshness and minerality.
Excellent as an aperitif. Suitable for fish dishes and, in particular, shellfish.
