    ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
    The colour is a delicate pink with subtle hints of onion skins. The aroma is elegant and intense, with floral notes, hints of red fruits and citrus. The taste is fresh and harmonious. The sensations on the nose are recalled in the mouth, especially the subtle fruity notes that emerge in a pleasurable finale with freshness and minerality.

    COMBINATIONS
    Excellent as an aperitif. Suitable for fish dishes and, in particular, shellfish.

    SERVING GLASS: Tall, narrow, flute glasses that enhance the elegance and fragrance of the aromas.

    ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
    Straw-yellow colour with youthful greenish highlights. The perlage is refined with excellent persistence. On the nose, there are hints of fruit and fresh flowers, wisteria and hawthorn emerge with suggestions of Golden apples. The taste is fresh and harmonious. The delicate texture of the bubbles bestows pleasing vitality and a very agreeable taste.

    COMBINATIONS
    Excellent as an aperitif. Also suitable for light, sophisticated dishes.
